  • Safety
    All items available in our store are education materials and should not be used as toys. Supervision is required when use by children.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is calculated based on order weight and destination. Standard U.S. shipping starts at $4.95. Orders over $80 ship free within the U.S.
  • When will my order ship?
    All orders are fulfilled via Amazon FBA and usually ship within 1–2 business days.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept payments through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account—during checkout, you can use PayPal’s guest option to pay with a credit or debit card.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Return Eligibility We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: · Opened educational materials · Used or washed textile items · Customized or personalized products How to Request a Return or Exchange To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [support@mvita.us] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item once the original is returned. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
