Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened educational materials
- Used or washed textile items
- Customized or personalized products
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [support@mvita.us] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item once the original is returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
